The Nitride incorporates cutting-edge cooling technology, specifically developed with an Aluminium Nitride cooler, ensuring exceptional thermal conductivity surpassing 160 W/mK and enduring resistance to elevated temperatures and loads. Notably, MOSFET transistors receive direct cooling without the need for an additional thermal resistance layer. In the manufacturing process, we implemented thick layers of special materials such as silver and copper to minimize internal resistance significantly. Drawing inspiration from our expertise in power systems, the design incorporates the latest technologies, collectively enhancing the performance and reliability of Nitride.
