This is X-Spede front bearing dirt shield protector. Front bearings are not 100% sealed and the possibility of dirt entering the engine through the front bearing . Both the bearing and engine can be damaged . This machined stainless steel dirt Shield fits most .21 through .30 engines and it protects the bearing by preventing dust from getting in, it will increasing engine lifespan.
