This is the Tamiya LED Light Unit (TLU-01).
Black plastic housing
Connections for up to eight sets of lights
Can be run off an ESC or separate battery source
On/off switch on the face of the housing
Comes with two sets of white lights
One LED light unit
Two white and two red colored 5mm lights
Two pieces of servo tape
Two cable clips
Four tie wraps
Instruction sheet

You can purchase white lights (TAMC1395, TAMC1778),
red lights (TAMC1396) or orange lights (TAMC1397) for this unit.
