Aerox Tyre Sidewall Gluing Jig, 1:10 Off Road, Touring Car, MTC (AX137) makes sidewall gluing easier, cleaner, and more consistent by setting the glue height precisely instead of by eye. The tire rides on an adjustable pivot: thread one of the supplied ball studs of varying lengths into the face of the jig and lock it with the included steel nut at the height you need, or fit your own pivot ball with an M3 x 12 countersunk screw, then measure the setting so the next set of tires gets an identical treatment. A higher pivot point creates a steeper angle and higher glue coverage across the sidewall, and higher coverage means less steering, making sidewall glue height a repeatable tuning tool rather than guesswork. The outer ring locates off road tires and the inner ring touring car tires. In use, the jig sits inside a plastic tire bag, a few spots of glue go on at the rim area, and spinning the tire spreads the line. Made in Great Britain.
