The LapWiz is a portable IR-based lap counting and timing system for RC practice and club racing. Infrared technology eliminates loop wires and track modifications the decoder and transponder communicate via IR with a 310 meter detection range. Pair it with the free LapWiz app over Bluetooth for live lap times, Practice/Time Trial/Race modes, multi-car race management, driver profiles, and voice announcements. The Shadow Run feature lets you race against a previous best lap with live delta timing, and results can be cast to a TV via AirPlay or Android Cast. No Wi-Fi or cloud connection required.
