The Double Bar tread pattern has been tested and proven on the 1:8th off-road scene and now makes its way to 1:10th off-road. Using previously unseen elements with the dual nature of the tread, the JConcepts item is an entirely different monster. As the dual tread intersects itself, a wall provides additional side bite and stability during hard side-loads and 180-degree corners. The soft and layered tread terminates at the edge, and it rolls off to give the tire an easy transition for an easier driving feel. Inside, a firmer inner carcass webbing was built into the Double Bar to take on more difficult jumping tasks, faster speeds on open and flowing style track layouts, and reduce the ballooning effect of racing at higher speeds.
