Cayote Crest 8 EVO 1:8 Sensored Brushless ESC with Bluetooth is a competition speed control for 1:8 electric buggy and truggy racing, delivering 200A continuous and 1080A peak current on 2S to 4S LiPo with built-in Bluetooth tuning. It pairs directly with Cayote's phone app, no module or cables needed, for parameter changes, setup sharing and export, real-time monitoring and logging of ESC and motor temperature and current, and over-the-air firmware updates; the Xlink program box works as the offline alternative. Thirty-seven adjustable settings cover the details racers chase, including throttle midpoint (4, 6, 8, or 10 percent), drive PWM from 1K to 32K, RPM limit from 10K to 88K, brake and drag brake PWM from 0.5K to 16K with an auto drag mode, and 20 drag brake acceleration levels. Boost and Turbo timing adjusts dynamically on RPM or throttle input for stronger straights and stable corners, with up to 10 percent more peak power than the previous generation. A high-speed metal fan in a metal housing runs off the built-in BEC, which supplies a switch-mode 6V or 7.4V at 8A continuous and 12A peak, and reverse polarity protection, capacitor overheat protection, and IP5X dust resistance round out the package. Runs sensored and sensorless brushless motors, with 11AWG ultra-soft silicone wires fitted.
