About the Aluminum Tube Plugs
Precision Tube Plugs
The Vanquish Products Aluminum HD Tube Plugs are designed to fit 3/16" diameter, .035" wall DOM steel tubing, making them ideal for custom chassis, bumpers, and other builds. With a minor OD of .116" for a tight press fit, they can be easily installed with a light tap and secured further using adhesive if needed. Each pack includes 20 raw aluminum plugs, providing a reliable and durable solution for clean, professional tube end finishes

These plugs are made to be a press fit, requiring a light tap with a soft hammer to install, however due to distortion from welding your tubing tolerances may change.

NOTE:

Drilling the end of your tube with a 3mm drill and using adhesive such as CA glue or Loctite 638 retaining compound will secure the plug in place.
