These Estes BT-50 shock cord anchors are orange plastic mounts designed to secure the elastic shock cord inside BT-50 body tubes during rocket construction or repair. The rectangular slot in each anchor accepts the shock cord, providing a reliable attachment point to keep the nose cone and parachute tethered to the rocket body.
