The Hobbywing Platinum 150A V5.1 ESC is a high-performance brushless electronic speed controller designed for 520-580 class electric helicopters and fixed-wing RC aircraft running 3-8S LiPo batteries. It features a new double-sided heat sink design with side window cooling that uses craft airflow for both external and internal cooling, along with DEO (Driving Efficiency Optimization) technology that delivers faster throttle response, improved flight stability, higher efficiency, and lower operating temperatures. The 32-bit processor and advanced RPM accuracy algorithm provide consistent power delivery, and the built-in 12V switch BEC offers adjustable voltage output from 5-12V in 0.1V increments to power receivers, servos, and other onboard electronics.
