Platnium 80a V5 Esc

The Hobbywing Platinum 80A V5 ESC is a high-performance brushless electronic speed controller designed for 325-420 class electric helicopters and fixed-wing RC aircraft running 3-8S LiPo batteries. It features a new double-sided heat sink design with side ventilation that cools the ESC using craft airflow, providing both external and internal cooling for improved thermal management. The built-in 12V switch-mode BEC offers adjustable voltage output from 5-12V in 0.1V increments with 8A continuous current and up to 20A peak output, and includes an anti-reverse circuit for safe operation in parallel with external batteries. The ESC supports telemetry protocols including Mikado VBar System and Futaba S. BUS2 for remote parameter adjustment and real-time monitoring, and incorporates DEO (Driving Efficiency Optimization) technology for faster throttle response, improved flight stability, and increased efficiency.
