TKR5297 – Universal Driveshaft (center, rear, 170.5mm, NT48/NT48.3) Center universal driveshafts are now available for your NT48 and NT48.3. Universal driveshafts will smooth out front/rear power transfer and increase brake response by eliminating the fore/aft chatter of a dogbone center shaft system. While not quite as light as Tekno optional aluminum center dog bones, the universal shaft will increase durability and consistency. CNC machined from high-grade steel, TKR5297 directly replaces the rear center driveshaft (TKR5476/TKR5476A) and diff coupler (TKR5075) and is compatible with all versions of the NT48 vehicles. Package Includes: (1) Rear Center Universal Driveshaft and (1) TKR1603 5mm set screw. Build Note: Use thread locking compound and verify the set screw keys with the slot on the diff pinion (TKR5152, TKR5405). Vehicle Compatibility • TKR5297 - Universal Driveshaft (center, rear, 170.5mm, NT48/NT48.3) is included with the NT48 2.0 and NT48 2.2 kits and can be used as a replacement part for those vehicles. • This can be used with the NT48 and NT48.3 vehicles and should be a direct replacement for the stock part or used as a feature.
