These Xray rubber shims are designed to seat between the shock body and aluminum cap, cushioning the cap interface and helping maintain a consistent seal. Sold as a set of 4, they are a factory replacement for the XB2 and XB4 platform shock assemblies. Replacing worn or damaged shims helps prevent oil leaks and reduces wear on the aluminum cap threads over time.
